We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities. Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule your service.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all services. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional work is needed once we begin the job.

You'll be notified of any price changes before we proceed with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Your Responsibilities

When you hire us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and the trees that need service
• Ensure our crew has clear access to the work area
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other potential hazards
• Keep pets and people away from the work area for safety
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before we start work

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee to cover our scheduling and travel costs.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for your protection. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work.

However, we're not responsible for damage caused by factors outside our control, including hidden defects in trees, pre-existing property damage, or natural characteristics of the trees we're working on.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee all work is performed professionally and safely. If you're not satisfied with our work, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right. This warranty doesn't cover future tree growth, natural tree decline, or damage from storms or other events after we complete our work.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
